18x7 +45 225/40/18 all around a good fit?

Will this setup fit without any fender mods? And are there any negative effects in running a non-staggered wheel size setup like this? I'm dropped about 1".

Yes it would fit without mods! But thats too narrow for the rear!

thats a horrible size, not alot of tires to choose from, u need like 8.5 all around for a non stagger
