Default 18x8 and 18x9 offset

With a 18x8 and a 18x9 and 225/40/18 245/35/18, what is the lowest offset I can go with? Also the car will be dropped about an inch?

Just curious but if u wanted to lower the car say with Espelirs, that lowers it 1.3F and 1.5R. Would these offsets still apply and what tire sizes would you need so you dont have rubbing issues?

How do people successfully run a 9" rear w/ a +55 on 255's on lowered cars? Also, I've heard people run 9.5" w/ +51 without rubbing.

You can run wider rims by rolling your fenders and using smaller tires.
