Sure why not. Just do the proper fender work.

Yup. You will need a good fender roll, bumper tab relocated, and a good alignment. At least 2 degrees of camber all the way around. You should be able to run either 245/35/18 or 255/35/18 all the way around.

Ok thanks, i seen the nt03 in the same size but different offet which was +40 . Is that a big difference between +40 and +45 ?? Do you have to run more camber then the other?

Yes you will need to run more camber at +40. Id stick with the +45 as its more versatile with alignments and tire options, but still look flush if that’s what your after.

No I wouldn’t recommend that size. The recommendation previously of 245/35 or 255/35 are good fitment options. The 245 will be stretched quite a bit, the 255 still some stretch. I would not go any less then 245 on a 9.5" wheel.

Sigh I had hope you were actually on the right track and not trying to have a hellafail stretched tire. A 245 is already going to be stretched on a 9.5 inch wheel. I would actually suggest running the 255 all the way around but you could have a 245 in front to help with fitment. Anything narrower is not recommended.
