2002+ NSX wheels on S2k
Really like the 2002+ NSX wheels, wondering if they fit on S2k. I've seen people putting pre-2002 wheels on S2k (staggered setup though). Here is the spec for 2002+ NSX wheels (from nsxprime faq)
Front 17-7 55mm
Rear 17-9 56mm
Center bore (all years) 70(.1) mm front, 64(.1) mm rear
Bolt pattern (all years) 5-bolt pattern, 114.3 mm bolt circle
Lug nuts (all years) 19 mm with 12 mm x 1.50 thread pitch
Bolt patthern is fine, I am not sure about the lug nuts (hope it is the same as S2k)
Sorry for such a simple question. Thanx a lot.

Thanx s2ka.
Anyone has inputs on the offset?
After reading up on more wheel tech related subject, I am thinking that is it true even if the offset is correct, the wheel design may or may not clear the brakes, hence it is not possible to use?
Thanx

There's someone running 02+ NSX wheels on a sebring AP2...looks super clean! He posted a pic, but good luck finding it (I can't find my own posts that I made 2 minutes ago!...according to the search, my username doesn't exist).
For offsets, the rear will be very close...u may need to run some additional neg camber to clear, but outside of that, you'll be fine.
For brake clearance, the NSX wheels have NO LIP, which makes it likely that it'll clear just about anything. The designs that you need to worry about for brake clearance are wheels with deep lips combined w/ a straight (or mostly straight) spoke. A deep lip w/ a very curved spoke still has a good chance of clearing many calipers. No lip, or little lip, with a very curved spoke has yet a better chance. No lip and almost a straight spoke (like that on the 02+ NSX wheel) should easily clear most calipers.
The price on 02+ NSX wheels are pretty high tho...at least when I looked. For the same money, I can buy a set of 17x7.5F 17x9R forged wheels for near or less, depending on brand/model I pick. That's hard to justify...tho, they do look nice!
