255/35/18 or 235/40/18, which has thicker sidewall
I wanted to ask some of you who have tried both tire sizes or knowledge about
|
Go with a 245/35/18 if you think a 255/35/18 looks to "thick". It is the closest to stock diameter and will give a slight stretch.

So stock setup: 17x9, +56 offset on a 255/40/17 tire By upgrading to 18, I'm doing a 255/35/18 which is correct, size wise but visually looks a bit thick. It's hard to find a 245/35/18 tire! |
^ I'm running the 255-35x18 on 9" wheels, the sidewall is approx. 2" at most at 32psi. |
