Air-pressure/Load index table

I posted this on the Audi forums, but since I am an S2k alumni, I thought I share this info.

(This mostly pertains to after-market wheel/tire combos and normal driving, Track pressure will vary through you own trial and error)

How to use:

1. Check what the load index is on your original equipment tires. You'll be able to find this on the placard placed in between the driver's door jam.
2. Find out what the recommended air pressure is.
3. Cross-reference that with amount of weight that air pressure will hold.
4. Check the load index of the tires you are using.
5. Set air-pressure according to what the load-index table states.

Note #1. Make you check if your tires are standard-load or extra-load. Extra-load tires will say "XL" or (REINFORCED)
Note #2 If the tires you are using doesn't meet the load capacity at its maximum pressure, then your tires may fail.

I hope this helps. Be safe everyone.
