Any problems with this set up?

Will there be any problems with this set up???

17x8 225/45+48

17x10 265/40+73

Will handling be better or worse and also will the odometer be off?

They will fit fine. The speedometer would be off just a little but not enough to make a difference. If I can help with the tires let me know.
