AP2 rims on AP1

Would I need to make any modifications on Ap2 rims to fit Ap1 car? Does it need to be bored out or a spacer?

Also, if there is a small crack on the side of the rim, is that repairable?

Zero modifications needed. I would have a repair shop check it out. Probably needs a little weld.

That is not a little crack. I would not run that wheel myself.
