Default BFG G-Force T/A KD

I'm currently runng the same tires in 265/35/18 in the rear and just wondering if I go down to a 245/40/18 how much affect would it be?

255/35.18 is the size philex.

245/40 is way too big of a tire u need 25" tire


255/35.18 thatd what i run on the kdw2 on both the evo and s2k.

too bad they don't offer 255 in the G-force T/A KD

i was thinking kdw2

the 245/40 is 25.7" which is .7" more than stock so ull lose tq because gearing will be off cause larger diameter tire... the 265 is closer to 25"

I was thinking about the TA kd but I cant use them in rainy months (rare in socal).

What have you heard about the treadlife on these tires?

Actually Rain is not that bad on those tire and the tread rare is fait for those tire it last me a whole year+some

i currently have these tires and i have never had any problems in the rain. I reside in temecula california and drive to san marcos for school three times a week and the tread life still hasn't seemed to have changed a bit. I currently have put 8k on my car in 8 months. hope that helps!
