can i use runflat tires without TPMS?

Default can i use runflat tires without TPMS?

interested in the 18inch Dunlop Graspic CTT DSST runflat tires but i do not have tire pressure monitoring in my car. is it still ok to use the runflats?

You can but I would not recommend it. You will never know when you have a flat tire until the tire blows out. I that point you damage a wheel and or the car.
