CCW LM20
Those will fit easily. Although I'd go slightly lower offsets in the fronts to avoiding rubbing under full lock on the inside.
If you roll your fenders you run much more aggressive offsets/widths than that.

So with that, based with factory gearing in mind and rim fitment, I suggest 245/35 up front and 255/35 rear. You could go wider front and rear at the comprise of taller gearing, and pinched sidewalls if you move significantly wider in same sidewall series.
If you do want to maximize your rubber beyond what was mentioned, then Id strongly recommend 265/30 and 275/30 as the best compromise. 275/30 is just slightly smaller then stock and will offer you a slight gear reduction vs 275/35 which will radically shift you the other direction in comparison, the shorter sidewall of the 275/30 will help offset some of the tire deflection on the narrower rim from the tire being slightly pinched as well, so I think it makes the most sense. 265/30 up front would obviously be the best match IF anyone makes that size. Might have to compromise and go with a 245 or 255/35 if not. But again, the 245/255 would be the closest OEM fit on your upgraded rim widths.
