Do the 04 wheels and tires fit the pre-04s perfectly?

Also, what is the specs on the pre-04 and 04 wheels? Meaning offset, hub bore
etc...

Yes, I just put mine on 2 nights ago with Kumho MX's fit perfect and look and ride a million times better.

Keep in mind that there were suspension changes to accomondate the new 17" wheels.
