Default Drag Radials on AP2 Wheels

hey guys i know people are running radials on their AP2 wheels but I forget who is. I just wanted to make sure 275/40-17 will work even though its a 8.5" and wanted to see if spacers and studs are needed. Thanks

I went to an autoccross event where a CR had 275 on the rear and he said there is no issue and he runs it all the time.

A little bulge if anything will help you in the strait line, assuming that’s the most important thing to you since your shopping for DR's

well the MT ETs are always something I have considered in the past. Ran M&H radials on my 650hp Neon and they hooked pretty good but looking try something else. Seems like maybe the NT01 or the ET Streets are the two im deciding from.

So can we run a 275-40-17 drag radial on a stock 8.5 wide rim?

The Nittos run fairly narrow. So I'm not sure if you can fit a 275 on an S2000 but I say you could fit one on an 8.5" rim without much bulge.
