I'm riding on 17x9.5 with 245 front and 255 on back with buddyclub suspension and I had to roll my fenders in order for them to not rub. Once rolled you should be good.

As previously mentioned, you can get 95% of the look just going 9j +45 all around, and just putting a 5mm spacer in the rear. |

I dont get the point of 17x9.5+38 unless you need the extra width for track when a 17x9+45 wheel looks exactly the same.
