Foose Wheels
I am sick of searching for 245/45/16's so I have been considering a move to 17's. I searched the forums and did not really find any answers. If this question has been asked and I missed it I apologize.
Does anyone here have any experience with Foose wheels on the S2K? I really like the Foose Silver Speedster wheels. I am open to other suggestions as well. My car is Silverstone and I would prefer a silver or brushed wheel as opposed to colors or polished chrome. |
A lot of thread views with no responses.
I didn't break some kind of forum rule by mentioning Foose did I? Forum isn't sponsored by Boyd Coddington by chance eh? |
I think the reason your not getting any replies is because not many, if any run Foose wheels on their S.

I think chip foose would punch you in the face if you ran his wheels on non-american cars. That's just a guess though.

Chip Foose definitely designed his wheels for domestics. With that in mind, they will probably only look good on a domestic, not an import. Besides on Overhaulin I don't ever remember seeing a import being worked on, only parked outside some of the hosting shops.

Dude, if you like them, get them. Just watch the offsets. As long as the bolt pattern and offset is right, youll be fine.
|
These are the ones I like...Not much info on them from this site, but there is a decent pic.

Anyone know of any other brands/types/models that are similar? The design is rather simple. I am completely open to suggestions. I'm a wheel newbie, so any recommendation is probably new to me. |
