i had my rims painted for 2 years and they never cracked, powdercoating is much stronger than paint so i think im safe from cracking, i was going the that mag volk blue color, im pretty happy with how they came out. will be mounted on the car tommorow

he's not talking about the powder coat cracking but the actual wheel itself...

Although I've personally never had problems from powder coating

Wow those are beautiful rims. What is the name of that color? It looks like it could be really dark blue, black, purple or medium blue depending on lighting conditions. I love it!

The cracking can come from too much heat being used when they powder coated the wheels. We had an SSR customer that bent all four wheels after powder coating.

blue ice explosion is the color i powder coated them, well theres no going back now, i dont think they will crack, lets hope not

heres them with tires, gonna put them on the car tonight, if i can find where u put my lug nuts , i did a 265/40r17 on the rear wheel and some people were saying dont do it, some saying go for it, so anyway here it is
