Default Hankook RS-2

ok....i finally got my tires in...well at least the front 2 tires...the rears will be here by thursday

here are some pix comparing the oem s02 to the RS-2....i should have a review of these tires shortly...from the pix the RS-2 seem to be slightly wide (note..these are the front tire comparison..

Notice the uneven inner tread wear on the s02's...this was from being lowered on my tein RA and not getting an alignment...hahahah

OEM S02 w/ about 50+% tread left

Brand new RS-2

Here you can see the huge difference in the RS-2 205/50/16 vs S02 205/55/16

SSAP1 - Why did you decide to go with 205/50/16 for your fronts instead of 205/55/16? I'm just curious.

I just put a set of the R-S2 on my s2k a few weeks ago. They have excellent dry grip and do much better in the rain than the SO2. They have a slightly softer sidewall than the SO2. At nearly half the price of the SO2, I think these tires are a deal.

Speedo is not the issue. These front tires will be smaller diameter then your rear tires. Be prepaired, you might be throwing ABS codes as the front and rear wheel speeds will not match.
