Presumably this tire: http://www.uniroyaltires.com/tire-selector/vehicle/2005/Honda/S2000/Standard/tiger-paw-gtz-all-season/215|45ZR17|XL+91W/tire-details

400 treadwear-rating all-season is NOT in the same performance category as the 140 treadwear-rating OEM Max Performance Summer B'stone RE050 tires, not even CLOSE!

They do have the same speed rating, that's the *only* thing they have in common.

If you don't need all-season capability (i.e., don't drive in snow/ice/cold) and want OEM performance, stick with Max Performance Summer (or Extreme Performance Summer if you don't need as much hydroplaning resistance).

Clickie on Tire Rack banner above, almost all the info you need on tires is there.

Having aftermarket suspension components with underperforming tires doesn't make any sense at all.

:iagree:

Especially if you only got them in the rear and are running different brand tires with different wear up front. Money would have been better spent on a setup of Star Specs than the BC coilovers and cheap tires.

Perform your due diligence before the purchase -- not after.

This could be the problem.
