HELP! will these rims fit my car?
+51 offset in the front, more in the back... i'm thinking like +60.
There are a few threads that list the proper offsets for front and back. Also you want a 7.5 or maybe 8 inch width in front. 9 to 9.5 in the back.

Hang on a second.
Required offset depends on width. For instance, on the rear, roughly, you need a 40 offset minimum for an 8" wheel, 46 for 8.5", 53 for 9", 59 for 9.5, and 65 for 10". The front has less clearance than the rear, so a 8" wheel up front usually needs around 48-50 offset, and so on.
Tire width plays a big part on clearance. If your offsets are too low, you'll have to run narrow tires despite your nice wide wheels, just to keep from rubbing. What's the point of running 8" and 9.5" wheels if you have to run OEM tire sizes to keep from rubbing?
You don't "need" a minimum of 7.5" in front and 9" wheel in the rear. The stock 00-03 wheels are 6.5" and 7.5". It just depends on how much tire you want.

on a 16 inch wheel 6.5 may be ok in the front. But it looks silly on an 18inch man. Might as well mount motorcycle tires.

Thanks for the heads up, damn I was about to take the plunge on these also
....What would be an ideal set up-offset for 18" wheels?
