Highest comfort tires?
Mostly for highway or street...
Planning on doing a road trip but I don't want to burn my rs3 so I'm about to buy some comfort tires to enjoy the roadtrip not planning on racing so if you guys got any opinion on comfort tires I'll be happy to hear them. I got rpf1 17x8+45 front and 17x9+40 rear.. |
Not worth the trouble. If you had Toyo 888 I could see your point but rs3, nay.

Given the money it would cost to have the old tires unmounted, new tires mounted/balanced, then to reverse the process after the trip, I'd say it's not worth it. Save yourself the money and headache and just keep the RS3s for the road trip.

It's a 2500miles roadtrip
And the rs3 are not comfort tires and the hydro planing sucks on 255. |

Conti DWs are AWESOME in the wet and have a nice smooth ride and low road noise. Dry grip is great as well.
