I need new tires
My tires have about half life and am starting to look for new. It is a MY05 with original tires. Car has just over 20k. I am looking for a good all season tire. I live in Charlotte, NC so we don't get a lot of snow that I do not necessarily need winter treads. Just looking for a nice all season tire.

i'm all over dunlop direzza star specs. absolutely no snow traction, and aren't an all season, but decent in the rain, and sweet on street, track :D

as far as great wet/dry trac goes the bfg tracion t/a's that i had on my old lude were amazing, but they sucked in snow, and high end performance was lacking...

i had got Continental ContiExtremeContact
on my stock wheels for a year, put almost 10k miles on and still lots of life left.. it's good with 1inch of snow, and really well on wet.. i got 225/255 . buy them now on tire rack, and u will get a free tom tom gps.. i just saw it on tire rack while try to find out the full name of the tires. |
I've had several brand and model tires on my 3 s2000's over the past 8 years and these yoko s drive's have been the best wet/dry and wear. I actually called discount tire direct and offered them 400 delivered and they lowered the price! I will buy again.

Why do you want all seasons? If you live in NC you should go with summer tires - I'm on Sumitomo HTRZ III's now and they are actually great tires.

u live in NC and want all seasons? i live in CT and drive year round on summers. all seasons are a waste of money. they excel at NO seasons. get the star specs. they are awesome.
