i've asked a few people and have been getting different response? i want to run a 17x9 +30 rim all around and i wanna run a 245 in the back but i am not sure about the front. i some people say i should run a 225 and all i need is a roll, some people said i should use a 245 and just roll and add some camber but it will stick out if i'm not lowered. so my ? is what size tire should i use and what would be needed in order to prevent rubbing?

Ummm...depending on your driving habits and such you can use either a 245 or a 225. If you're lowered more than an inch you're going to have some decent work to do to make them fit up front. The rears should be fine with a roll, and tabs relocated.

I think you are goin gto need more thatn that to even make the rears fit. The wheels are 1/2" wider than stock and the offset is pushing the wheels out 35 mm further than stock. So basically your wheels are going toward your fenders about 1 1/2" more than stock.
The 225/45R17 is the smallest that is going to fit on the 17X9 wheel but they are going to be stretched and you will be outside the tire mfg's recommendation.
