Default Lug Nut Question

I have a set of Advan Sienna G2s that I'm currently running on the car and they have small lugnut holes...so small, that my Kics lugs have too wide a taper to fit around the lug opening.

Question: Does anyone know of a spline drive lug that will fit narrower lug openings. I've got some gorillas on there right now but they're hideous.

Another question: Anyone know where I can get a set of centercaps and hubcentric rings for these wheels?

You can get some tuner style internal drive lug nuts (the type that take a key / socket that goes inside the lug nut). As for the caps, I have some.
