Default need advice on lowering spring

I need advice on which spring to get. Spoon one more expansive than the Tein one.. and the Spoon drop lower than the Tein...

Other than that I would like to know which one of them is actually better than the stock one.

I am currently using stock 16 inch , I fear I will scratch or bent my header or driveshaft..

Please let me know..

Thanks.

I have Tein-S on my car. I really like it. Not the best though. If you are going to keep your stock rims, go with something else but if you are planning to get aftermarket rims, it will fit perfect...

What you mean not the best?

how about compare to stock spring?

Right now I feel my stock spring is very stiff and perfect.. Just the gap between the wheel and fender not good look enough
