Thumbs up Need advice on Volk GT-7

Hey S2K owners,

I want to get Volk GT-7 18" rims in about a month for Christmas. I was thinking of dropping 1 inch with Eibach spring to the car but don't know what size or offset would be best for the car without rubbing. Could anyone recommend me the size and offset for this GT-7 rims for my '03 S2K? I really love these rims alot. Thanx for taking a time to read this and help.

I'm interested in SSR GT-7H also from Tire Rack, but other than the banner add
I don't think anyone is the world has put them on a S2000.

I'm thinking of S-03 225/40-18 Front
265/35-18 Rear or 255/35-18 Rear.

Jim @ TireRack if you read this please advise!!!!!!!

Thank you!

PS. oops posted to wrong topic.......

Volk Gt-7 comes in 18" for S2000. From my memories, their spec as:

18x7.5 front with +48mm offset
18x8.5 Rear with +48mm offset

Considering a 1" drop, you should get away without rubbing with aggressive camber or narrow tire sizes.

1. Aggressive camber means 1.5 Front and 2.5 Rear camber
2. Narrow tire sizes are hard to find, not sure who makes it but,

18/215/40 Front
18/235/35 Rear

Standard Tires:

18/225/40 Front
18/255/35 Rear

Hope this gives u an idea.

Contact Jim @ Tire Rack for tires. He sell them.
