Need help! tires might be on the wrong wheel
Hi,
Can someone help me with this? I just recently changed my tires on the stock wheels, and I just noticed that my mechanic put the wheels back in the wrong place. He placed the back left side to the front and vice versa, so my question is I'm afraid that my mechanic put the tires on the wrong wheel and if he did does it matter or do I have to take it back and ask him to change it back? Also, how would I know if the tire is on the wrong wheel? Is there a way to tell?
Thanks!

yes it matters...you should be able to tell by looking at the wheels/tires if the tires fit the wheels or not...not sure if you can tell which wheel is which without taking them off...if you do take them off, the sizes are stamped on the inside.
You should be able to tell without taking the wheels off. The mating face on the backside of the wheels should be flush with the mating face on the hub. If the wheels were swapped front/rear, one of them won't be, because the centering bores are different diameters (don't remember which is larger).
