i voted white because I haven't seen an apex with white wheels.

normally I would say black, but for a brighter color like apex, i think white would go better

keep what you got. I have your stock CR wheels on my silverstone and they match the body perfectly . My favorite wheel out there. Problem is, can't run bbk w/o big spacers.
