I just got my 03 S2000 and I am surprised at the difficulty in finding an affordable aftermarket and staggered wheel solution. It's all I can do just to afford the car, so having Volks is not really an option.

1. I am considering running 17" rear and 16" front and hopefully finding a stagger as close to stock as possible. Is this not advisable for any reason? Do you know of a wheel/tire package that supports this?

2. If I put the same size 17" on all for corners of the car but run a larger tire in the rear, does that account for the stagger needed or do I 'have' to use a wider wheel in the back?

..forgot to mention, that this will be a street-only setup and I will be using OEM wheels for autoX on the weekends with better rubber.

Regards,
Chris

I would go with the 17" on all four corners. I don't see any benefit to the 16" and 17" and I think the handling would be compromised. We have an excellent fitting forged 5 spoke wheel at 242.00 front and 249.00 rear. It is the Shuk WR1.
Take a look at our web site and let me know.
Thank you

So is that Shuk WR1 a reincarnated ASA FR1?
