New Wheels (I'm new to this...)

HELP I'm still learning as much as I can as quickly as possible. I'm looking into a new set of wheels, but don't know what will actually fit, and don't want to make a mistake because I can't afford to. :P I currently have 18x9.5 on my S2000 right now but don't know the offset. I think 40... Anyways I'm looking into a set of 4 that is 18x9.5 +35 (5x114.3) and another set that is 18x9.5 +22 (5x114.3) in the rear, and 18x8.5 +22 (5x114.3) in the front. Would either of these work, I'm trying to get a new set for under 500 asap. Anything helps.

No, unfortunately all of those wheels you listed have far too aggressive of an offset and would require over fenders to fit. For the widths your looking at you want to be in the +45 range and higher.

Thanks a lot! Would they run on the car though? Would it still turn as much as it should and not rub anything, with stock fenders? Also does that mean if I get wider fenders that those will work?

You would most definitely need wider fenders...at which point you'll really need to ask yourself if it's all worth it for trying to fit a cheap set of wheels onto a really nice car.

None of the wheel specs you listed fit OEM fenders. Read the sticky about fitment. I assume your fenders are already rolled with your current wheels. Why do you need new wheels ASAP? Whats wrong with the current ones? The best way to not waste money is take your time and research. You aren't going to get a good set of wheels for under $500 for this car unless they are OEM ap2 wheels.

The wheel offset is cast or stamped on the inside of the wheel. Here's an example. These were on the front and rear of my used S2000 in the Summer of 2014. They fit but went to a good home.

(The offset is 45mm on both.)

This why i need a new set, I can't find who makes this... been looking around for a while now. It had a CCW cover on the middle part, but it's just a replica, I bought it with these wheels, and now it's been two months and I haven't driven it once since and I'm starting to need it near the holidays. The best guess i have for these wheels are an older version of the STR 520, but really have emailed a dozen or so companies and it's not theirs. Here's all the inside stamps for that wheel. And I don't currently have more than 500 or so to spend on the wheels, so I'm in a sticky situation. My CURRENT fenders aren't rolled.https://cimg9.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.s2k...07450406d1.jpg

Damn. Ok that makes sense. It looks like the offset is 40 possibly from your pics and thats what you were thinking. No matter what with unrolled fenders you shouldn't be running those wheels or anything with a lower offset. Your best option at this point is to find someone local with a set of OEM wheels with some usable tires. Those will fit and not run the risk of damaging your fenders like these or other low offset aftermarket wheels. You can then save for a quality sent of wheels and tires. AP1 OEM wheels are the cheapest and can often be found with decent tires. Sometimes you can find AP2 OEM wheels with tires for around $500.

Alright, I'll try that then.

I'm looking into a new set of rims and wheels still and am looking at the Enkei Draco wheels and I want to put on Direzza ZII Star Spec. Here is a screenshot of the Enkei Draco wheel sizes - https://cimg7.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.s2k...7acfb8a0cc.png
And here is a screenshot of the Direzza ZII Star Spec sizing -

What would be the most optimal sizing for a autoX focused s2k?
Thanks,
Justin
