Default New Rims

I have found a set of rims I like but I am unsure if they will fit. Here are the specs. I also am unsure what size tires to run. I am wondering if I will have to roll the fenders or if stock the rims will be ok. The car is stock height but would like to lower about 1.5 inches.

18x8.5 front, 45 mm
18x9.5 rear, 48 mm
wheel bore 72.6mm

The center bores are also off. Make sure you can get centering rings. With the rear the fenders are going to need to be rolled.
