offset question

is this going to be fine?..............

16x7 35+ front

16x8 35+ rear

or will i need wheels spacers ?

thanks guys!

CaptainMike Feb 25, 2008 09:18 PM

No, and... No, and BTW, wheel spacers will decrease your offset. (Factory is +55 and +65)

J_STATUS Feb 25, 2008 09:34 PM

so they wont fit at all???????????????????????

AP2 Feb 25, 2008 09:52 PM

they fit, but fender rolling is required for maximum clearance. that front is equivalent to the the sw388 that clears the spoon caliper and the rear is 10mm out fron the sw388 rear.

i made a mistake the real offset is 38+ for front and rear...does that make it a bit easier?..... i mis-read the numbers sorry guys

AP2 Feb 25, 2008 10:13 PM

it is a little easier by 3mm

CaptainMike Feb 26, 2008 05:15 AM

You can get them on. But you will have to cut your rear fender tabs, roll all your fenders, and run additional negative camber to avoid rubbing.

AP_ONE Feb 26, 2008 07:24 AM

the 50+ offset gets you into the safer range.

38mm is not great but its aggressive lol.

You should have someplace that does alignments do it, it is part of the alignment procedure. Not user adjustable unless you really know what you are doing.
