i was looking on tirerack and saw the new oz allegrita and from what i read the black ones in 17x7.5 is a +49 offset and the 17x8.5 is a +59 offset.. do u think i would need to roll my fenders if i got these or could i lower the car without worrying?

You'll be just fine with these using oem size tires.
