I'm planning on purchasing Volk TE37's in 18X7.5 (F) +48 and 18X8.5

With the 50mm offset I would stay with the 245/35R18

For the life of me I still can not understand why so many people go for 18 inch Volks knowing full well that the rear offsets are all wrong. Specially when they also want to go wide at the back.
+55 is the minimum safe offset with 245 or 255 section tire, specially if the car is lowered a little. If lowered more than say 1-1/2 inches then ET+63 is the way to go..read the stickies..

Just stay with the narrower tires and be prepared to roll the fender lip to give a little more room.
If I can help with the tires let me know.

Per recommendation by Jim, I'm running 225-40-18 Michelin PS2's and I occasionally rub when I go over a dip...I'm only dropped approx 1 1/2 inch with Tein S-tech springs...is this normal?
