We can't tell you the specs just based on that picture. The seller should at least be able to tell you the width. Ask for a picture of them on the car, that will give you an idea of the offset.

Ok he told me now that in the wheel hub said a # like 17 9 and something else, he thinks the width is 9 in all of the 4 rims, and that the offset is 45 in all 4 rims, what do you guys think?

A lot of people run 9" +45 all around with RPF1's. It's going to take some work to fit in the front with a 255, I'd browse through the RPF1 thread in the gallery.
