Not that any of the regulars haven't heard this before but just another prop for Jim. Called him Thursday afternoon about tires for the wife's Odessey. He answered, live, on the second ring, gave a solid, concise recommendation on replacements and answered all of my questions in about 3 minutes. The tires were at my front door at 10am the next morning. Mounted them up today and the van handles much better and is quieter at speed. Thanks Jim, you are a real asset to this community.
