Default question about tire diameters

Alright, I am looking to get some new tires for my '03 and I am looking at the AVS ES100's. As of right now, I am looking at Fronts of 225/50/16 and Rears with 245/45/16 on the OEM wheels. I see that these tires have a different overall diameter than the OEM sizes and just need to know whether that will affect anything like the ABS system on the car. For those that want to know, the difference is 0.2" in the rears from the OEM with the S02's with 24.8" and the AVS ES100's at 24.6" ..

Thanks in advance..

245/45/16 is the recommended rear sizing when going with non-OEM tires. It's pretty typical. 0.2" won't be an issue at all.
