question on my wheels.
 

my tires are rubbing on my car ...
any suggestions on what i should do ?
last thing i want to do is change the tires and rims but if thats the only way for it to stop rubbing i will....

Looks like you're running a pretty fat tire.. see how it's bulging over the rim? I'd put something skinnier in the back.

The cheaper solution is to get an alignment and get as much rear camber as you can out of it. Like -3 degrees if you can.

specs of wheel/tire? is your fenders rolled? what are you lowered on?

My tires are -

275/40 ZR17 98W (rear)

235/40 ZR17 90W (front)

And as for how much it was lowered I'm not sure, that's how I bought it .. Let me know

Cut the rear fenders and put overfenders on. Done.

go with 255s on the rear with a bit more camber (say -2.5) and you'll be fine. But then you'd want to go with 235/45s on the front if you want to maintain stock pitch. I will never recommend someone cutting the car, but if you really want to keep the 275s you'll need a roll and slight flare on the rear, which will in most cases devalue the car some.

What are the width and offset of the rears?

I'm going to guess 10.5 or 11 + mid to low thirties?

A 275 tire wouldn't bulge like that on a 10.5" wheel. My guess would be that rear is something like a 9" +35. It's already been said, but go with a 255/40 next time and some negative camber will really help you out.
