Thumbs up RO_JA R2-5

Ok the offset are not perfect, but are they close enough that they wouldn't rub or stick out?
Front: 18 x 7.5 +47 (that's perfect right?)
Rear: 18 x 8 +37 or +47 (either close enough? One better than other?)

Front will be ok.

if its an 18x8 +37 in the rear it will rub. +47 would be better, but not Ideal.

with the +47 it shouldn't be too bad since the wheels is only 8". It may stick out like the pick in the link or a little less. You will just notice more water on the car after going through puddles.

If your car is lowered more than an inch you may have rubbing issues(depending on what size tires you run).

No, not "perfect." That's about the minimum offset that will fit on the front and still use a reasonable tire. You'll need to stay at about 215 or below in tire width to keep from rubbing.

18x8 +40 is just about flush with the fender, so you are in pretty good shape with a +47. You should be able to squeeze a 245 in the rear.

Cheers.
