Default Suggestion for second set of stock-like rims for 04

I've been swapping between summer and winter tires on my S2000 for quite some time. Currently using stock rims with Blizzak LM26s. I'm getting to the point where I would not mind having a second set of rims with summer tires that I need to purchase shortly. My car is older, I am older, and I'm not looking for bling, racing looks, wider rubber for grip, etc. anymore; I'd like an inexpensive, well-made set of rims that more or less match stock size for MY04, and mostly match the look of the OEM rims as well. Ideally, something I could get from tire rack, as they've treated me well over the years. My car is Suzuka Blue, if it matters,

Any suggestions?

Yeah, this. You just perfectly described OEM AP2 wheels... they can be had for dirt cheap too.

You might also consider ap1 rims for the winter tires and use your ap2 rims for summer tires. I realize you already have blizzaks on your ap2 rims but you may save money in the long run by using the smaller rim..

I have AP1s for winter and my RPF1s for summer. I picked up a set of 4 Blizzak tires on craigslist for $200 with 80% tread left, I have used them for 2 winters and still have a lot of life left on em.

They are't to pricey, but you can find a decent set of AP1's for $200-300. I think I even saw a set for $150 last week.

Thanks for the replies. I already have essentially new Blizzaks on my OEM 17s, so I'd rather not step down to AP1 wheels and have to start over with winter tires. It would be a different story of the LM26s were worn.

Also, my car looks great but the OEM rims have a good deal of curb rash; I admit a part of me would like to start over with some clean wheels to match the summer tires I already need to buy. I like the OEM look.

I will keep an eye out for AP2 OEMs.... an eBay scan (earlier) did not show particularly amazing pricing.

You will find much better deals on AP2 wheels here, than on eBay. Just keep an eye out. I have seen them go for as low at $400 without tires and sometimes $500 with. Good luck

Deals are out there if you have time to look. I picked up a set of AP2V3 wheels, with OEM tires with only 7K miles on them, from Craigslist for $425.
