Default Tire HELP!

So I have these Work RSZ-R's that need some tires, but I have no idea which ones. To fill you on in my specs for the wheels here they are

Fronts: 17" 7.5 +25
Rears : 17" 8.5 +25

With that being said what size tires should I be looking at?
A friend recommended me a size last year but they ended up being completely wrong and TireRack would only refund 2 of my tires. The other 2 I kept and I'm still trying to get rid of them. Those were 225/45/17 & 255/45/17 I have one of each in those sizes, but those sizes werent correct and made the car look like an off-road monster. So if there is a tire tech guru out there i would greatly appreciate your advice. Thank you!

Just to prepare you, the real issue is the wheels and not so much the tires. Not sure why you'd put a 255/45 on there, 245/40 would fit more nicely. The wheels are fairly aggressive at +33. Do you plan on modifying your rear fenders? That's going to be the only way to get those wheels to fit.

Well someone told me to do 255 and the outcome was ridiculous, but for the fender modification do you mean in "rolling" them?

Yes, here's a link to illustrate the crux of the issue: http://www.willtheyfit.com/index.php...&Submit=Submit

As you can see, regardless of tire size the offset puts the wheel quite a bit farther out. So will a thinner tire help? Sort of.

So here's the real question: How much do you really like those wheels, and are you willing to do what it takes to make them fit PROPERLY?

I mean i like them and i will take the correct measures to make them fit but if its thousands of dollars of modifications then i'd rather sell them.

To also add I had the wrong offset the entire time it was actually +25 all around, so I am imagining this isn't getting better

They are pretty nice looking wheels. With 215/45 front and 245/40 rear they should work, some roll may be necessary. Reason I asked if you were willing to make them fit is some people want to leave their fenders untouched.

Rear (these are +43)
