Tire Options

Just wanted to get some feed back from everyone. I know what I am going to list is not the best set up for an S2000 but I need some help on tire options, sizes for some rims I got

Rims are:

18 x 8.5 with +45 offset front
18 x 9.5 with +45 offset Rear

I know that this is not the correct offset for our cars but considering I got the Rims for $300 I had to pick them up and try. I have read that some guys are using this offset even though not the correct one.

What would be the best tire set up to reduce rubbing and any problems?

Thinking:

225/45/18 front
255/40/18 Rear

From searches I don't think this will be the best and should go

215/40/18 Front
245/35/18 Rear

The car is going to be lowered to a 1 finger gap (have coilovers) but I don't think I can run this with these wheels & Tires now from the searches I found.

What do you think I should do? Keep in mind I have spent $4K on the car and have only driven it 3 times this year! So all $$$ is almost spent on the car for the year.

I only plan to use them for this summer till I figure out what rims I really want without breaking the bank.

225/40 fronts and 255/35 rear with a slight camber. just make sure your toe is back to factory spec. also suggest rolling the rear fenders
