tire question

does anyone know how the yokomoto tires are?
are they better then the bridgestone tires that come with the
car? michelin pilot sport?
would it be ok to put yokomoto tires in the rear and
still have bridgestone tires in the front?
thanks

--> MOVED TO TIRE RACK'S TIRE AND WHEEL FORUM <--

Well, you can always ask the tire experts from Tire Rack.....Moved there.

P.S. Yokahama are some really great tires. The last time we gont those, they lasted a long time. Definately worth the extra $$ for them.

is it normal for the driver rear tire to wear out slower than the passenger rear tire?
and thanks quik s2k for moving it here for me.

With LSD, and spinning the tires, it is a possibility. Are you talking about wear in the inside or uneven wear?

one of my rear tires is wearing faster than the other.
thanks for the advices

Check for appropriate air pressure and alignment. Factory air pressure is 32/32 (I believe).

Yokohama tires are great. I'm getting a set of DB's in the next couple of weeks.

Do NOT mix different tire brands or makes. Screws up your handling. You want the same tire type on all 4 wheels.
