Default tire recommendations
I am looking into wheels 18x7.5 front & 18x8 rear. Any tire recommendations would be appreciated.

I would say it depends on the offset of the wheel. I would say the best would be 225/40R18 front and 245/35R18 rear.

The wheels have a 50 offset front & rear...

The sizes I listed would be the best. You need a wider wheel and higher offset for anymore width.
