Default tire size help

Right now im running 17x9 45. 245 40 17 square. Rolled around and slight pull up front.
I.want to run 18x9 45. And am not sure if I am to run 245 35 around or just rear. or 255 35 rear 245 40 front. Or 235 40 front? And 245 35 rear?

Help.me!!!!

Depends on width. You need to decide first of all if you want staggered or non-staggered. 235 is an odd ball size, you will either have front tire larger diameter than the rear (235/40) or smaller (235/35). I'd pick one of the options below, all are fine depending what you looking to get in terms of rotation, stagger, etc.

255/35, 255/35
245/35, 245/35
245/35, 255/35
225/40, 255/35

The series doesn't change front to rear you realize that right? The series is a percentage of the first number. The higher the first number the smaller the second number needs to be in order to be the same height. He is correct in telling you to run a 245/35/18 for the front in order to retain the stock rolling diameter.

Gotcha I just thought since stock front was 45 17 and im goin to.18 the series needs to be 40. Same with rear 40 17 hence the 18 needing 35. Thanks clarifying.
