Default tire size question help

I ordered some dpe rims and they(dpe) were recommending 245/30/20, but my forums are recommending 255/35/20?? The size is 20x8.5. What should I do guys? Im no tire guru. Thanks for you help. Oem size is 17x8 w/+55 offset.

Also that tire would you recommed between the two. Toyo T1r or the new Goodyear ealge F1 All Season and why? Thanks again!
