Default Use of Spacers in Front to fit rear wheels

I just picked up some rear wheels that I'm fitting up front to go non-staggered.

Can I fit spacers meant for the rears (64mm bore size) to the front in order to avoid having to rebore the rear wheels?

If so, would it be possible to do this with a 3mm spacer? I want to keep as many threads as possible.

you have to use a spacer made for the front or it wont fit over the hub....

3mm should be enough to clear.

I'll be using 15mm spacers with built in studs.. found em for ~80 bux

So do I basically have to make sure the spacer I get is non-hubcentric?

If it were hubcentric (if I understand correctly), it would still have the 70mm hub size instead of a flat surface to mount to?

A generic spacer is fine, I think he just means that you need to be sure that the spacer bore is at least 70mm to fit over the hub.

3mm wont work i have a set here and with AP1 rears they do not extend far enough. I have read that a 5mm is needed but then you lose like 2 or 3 threads .
