Default whats my offset?

I had a ap1 rear 7.5" (+65 offset) widenned to 8.5" by weldcraft wheels
you can see from the photo the extra material was added towards the back of the wheel:

I'm running a 5mm spacer on the back and the wheel still comes back quite close to the suspension arms. Can anyone help me work out what my offset is?

I'm trying to figure out if a 15mm spacer would work well at the back, I'm running a 225 16" tire, I am lowerred 32mm.

your specs are now: 16x8.5 +77, with the 5mm spacer it is a 16x8.5 +72. Reason being is that the extra inch was only added to the back side of the wheel, so the offset is bumped up by 1 whole inch.

I would think you are going to need a bigger spacer to pull the wheel away from the inside.

don't forget you will also need extended studs pressed into the hubs if you plan to run a large spacer.

actually it works with the 5mm spacer but I could see the wheel was quite close to the a arm

with a 10mm I should be able to fit my street tires (ap2 v1 with 255) on with the spacer

I agree with your spec, 16x8.5 +77, but the offset is increased by only a half inch (12.7 mm + 65 mm = 77 mm).
