So I am stuck between choosing black enkei RPF1's or bronze matte work emotion cr kai,
I have a sebring silver s2000 with CF hood and a black trunk (just painted black between where the lights are, not the entire trunk)
IDK WHAT TO CHOOSE!!!

staggered set vs non-staggered set?
also, will any additional work be needed for fitment of these wheels? I know for a staggered set of enkie's requires rolled fenders

Personally, I'd get a staggered set of cr Kai, but that's what I have so my opinion is biased
