Default Wheel Fitment help

Looking for some wheels and was wondering if this would work on the S

18x7.5 with a 48 offset for the front

18x8 with a 40 offset for the rear

As for tires i'm looking to use 215/40/18 and 245/35/18

Car is lowered an inch with S-Techs. Will this work or will i rub? would i need to roll fenders?

Also, is this enough stagger?

any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks

I don't think that is enough of a stagger on the wheels. Think about it, you are going up one size from stock, but then decreasing the width of your rear wheel. I would keep looking if I were you. Trust me- I know how it can burn to want to buy new wheels, but make sure they are the right ones first.
On top of that, the offset for the rear is not going to work---> too low.
