Default wheel not mating completely to hub anymore?

So I have a set of aftermarket wheels that I have been running for about 3-4 months.

A week ago, I was driving my car and it started to vibrate a lot when I got above 20 mph. Pulled over, and all the lugnuts (tuner/conical/not stock) on the passenger front wheel were loose.

Tightened them, and drove back home slowly.

Jacked up the car and notice that the wheel does not sit flush against the hub. Inspected the other 3 corners, and no problems there.

Put a different wheel on the corner, and it sits flush against the hub, so this other wheel is on there for now.

What do I need to do? I think the wheel may be warped or something. Take it to a machine shop and have it checked for straightness? Wheel repair place? It is an advan, is there some type of warranty that they offer?

Thanks for any insight!

Does the center bore of the wheel fit over the hub?

i'm pretty sure, i mean it wouldn't have ever matched up if it didn't, right?

and if it didn't, then the other front wheel would have a problem too, correct??

Make sure you don't have a hubcentric ring stuck in the wheel. Most aftermarket wheels have a 73.1 mm bore which should be plenty of clearance. If you have a hubcentric ring meant for the rear hub (64.1mm) stuck in the wheel then it won't seat over the 70.1mm front hub. I'm not sure you even have rings but that is about all I can think of.

yea, i checked that, there aren't any rings, and i thought they went on fine

i didn't mount the wheels on the car, unfortunately, had this local shop do it, but it drove fine for months before this sh*t happened...
